Hello, I have already searched the old posts on Zapier/Make and workarounds regarding parent items status change (as a trigger). Are there any additional solutions for this feature? Many Thanks!

You’re right — monday.com doesn’t natively let you send emails directly from subitems. One thing that works for me is using mirror columns to bring subitem info up to the parent item, then triggering the email from there.
I’ve also been using Phonexa to help track and manage some of these automations — makes it easier to see which emails actually go out without losing any subitem info.
