Exploring Platform Customizations: Best Practices, Pitfalls & Use - Legal Dept. Cases

I’m currently working on beginning our in-house Legal Dept. use of the platform and diving into custom workflows, integrations, and app development. I’d love to open a discussion around basic things like:

  • Custom automation and complex multi-board workflows
  • Using API or any unique use cases
  • Experiences with custom apps or 3rd party integrations
  • Limitations you’ve hit and how you worked around them
  • What’s the most useful customization you’ve implemented?
  • Have you used the monday.com API or apps framework? Do you have any advice?

Which product (CRM/Work Management, etc) and level (Pro/Enterprise) do you have? Knowing that will help to answer.

Right now we have no specific Legal CRM or Work Management product. Our Labor & Employment staff would like to learn more about the Monday.com enterprise platform our company just adopted to see if we can create workflows, process, etc. associated with labor and employment issues we handle internally.
