Is there a way to export emails and activities from Monday?
It is pretty easy to export board data, but couldn’t find a way to do so with emails and activities.

yes for activities, not really for emails.
You can export a board’s Activity Log. That includes things like status changes, automations, item edits, and general actions. Open the board menu, click Activity Log, then Export to CSV.
For emails and updates, there isn’t a native “export all” button yet. Anything sent from monday lives in the Updates section, and those can’t be bulk-exported from the UI.
If you really need them outside of monday, your options are:
Manually copy what you need
Use the monday API to pull updates/emails
Use a third-party tool to sync updates into another system and export from there

For ‘Activities’ - if you have an automation where the Activity is added to an ‘Activities’ board, then you could export the specific ‘Activities’ board?
