Is there any way to export the Excel file with the images embedded or downloaded automatically along with the sheet?

HI @Sirajdbh3 , exporting the board will include the files column with the URL back to the file saved in monday.com. This doesn’t include any files/images etc that are added via the updates though. You can tick include updates, but the link to the file isn’t included. This would be a feature request or a third party app to copy from updates to the file column.
Hi @Sirajdbh3 — at the moment, monday.com doesn’t support exporting images or files directly into an Excel sheet. When you export a group or board, only the text and numerical data are included, while files from the Files or Image columns need to be downloaded separately. If you’d like the images to appear alongside your data, you can use monday.com’s API or a no-code automation tool like Make (formerly Integromat) or Zapier to generate an Excel export that includes links to the files, which can then be downloaded manually. Unfortunately, embedding images directly into Excel from monday.com isn’t currently possible.
