When an item is created using the “Email to Board” feature, there is no way to extract the sender of the email. It would be so helpful to have even just the sender’s email address as an attribute that can be extracted or added to a column.
What are you trying to achieve
We use the Email to Board feature as a way to allow people in our organization to send in support tickets. Being able to extract the sender’s name and/or email address would be helpful.
