All of the folders have just disappeared across our Monday Work Management board. It was okay this monring but now all our workspaces are unorganised messes.
Also, all favourites have been unassigned. This isnt just for me but the rest of my team (5 of us). Is this something easily fixable or has anyone else ever experienced this.
Hello @Taz1096 Totally get how stressful that is. If folders and favorites disappeared for everyone at the same time, it’s almost always a monday.com side issue and not something anyone on your team did. I’ve seen this happen during brief sync or backend hiccups, and in many cases everything comes back on its own.
I’d check the system status first. If nothing’s showing there or it doesn’t resolve shortly, Support can look into it and confirm what happened.
