Forms for subitems

Description

It would be amazing to be able to fill out a form, that’s connected to an item (we could select the item in the form), and the answers of that form will appear as a subitem to the chosen item.

What are you trying to achieve

For events, we need emergency contacts, we could add a form where we could add this info and it automatically links to the event (item) as a subitem. Or a view to view all subitems in a glance would be helpfull

This should be a standard feature. We have similar need to fill options or values from a board or board column.
