Frequency of the change in object and operations for Monday.com APIs

We are using the Monday.com GraphQL APIs for our client implementation and currently we have objects like boards, groups, items etc. Wanted to know what is the frequency of the change in object and operations in Monday.com APIs.

Also, how the version management is happening to support specific version of the monday.com GraphQL schema in the client implementation.
