We use SSO and autoprovisioning and accounts are added by the internal helpdesk after a ticket is created.
Still, our users are trying to invite users with the function inside monday.com.
This creates additional headache and bad mood. Please make this a choice in the admin

Aditionally, the Invitation section should provide the ability (for the Admins) to forward such requests to an email address. We have a similar process where the Service Desk is performing the monday.com onboarding. So directing those pending your approval invites would be very useful.
