I use Monday.com to run and track multiple construction projects. There is a column in which our ‘contractor’ is selected, which then enables us to have a dashboard which filters to each contractor to show just their assigned work across all projects (boards).
Some of these programmes are quite long, and because they jump between jpbs during the week, it’s important to view the programmes in ‘day’ view.
However - when exporting these as a .pdf to issue out, it defaults the export to ‘weeks’ or ‘months’. Is there a way to stop doing this? I’ve got no issues with it being a large file.
I’ve been doing a work around of this by exporting to a spreadsheet and then exporting that again - when I’ve got multiple contractors, this is quite a long winded process.
With the above in mind - I’d also like a way of automating the distribution of those, with the intention to be an email which shares the programme with a basic email with some standard questions relating back to it - something which is currently a manual process.
Any help/advice is appreciated.
