Two questions regarding the GetSign app integration:

UPDATED TEMPLATE: I have started using GetSign for contract signatures, but we have multiple versions of contracts. When I updated a contract template on CLIENT2, it appeared to delete a previously sent contract on CLIENT1 and changed the status from “viewed by email” to the default color. CLIENT1 had viewed the original template but not signed it yet. Will the email notification / link still work for CLIENT1 and allow them to sign? If so, will it direct them to the initial template or the new one?

MULTIPLE TEMPLATES: I need to utilize multiple template versions for contracts (5-12 versions) so I’m unsure how to set this up in our system. We currently use one board for all contracts that we plan to send out for e-signatures and have a column for Contract Type. We have tried adding a second GetSign tab to the board but that will be cumbersome with so many.
