I would like Workflows to trigger more dynamically. I have set up a workflow that triggers by status change. It is connected to a managed status column. Still I need to set up this exact same workflow painstakingly for each board. Which would be one thing BUT I am limited to 5 workflows which means I simply cannot us it for all the boards it is needed in. (Which is about 10, mind you, not in the hundreds or something).
Now my wish is that at least for managed columns it should be possible to set up a global workflow that triggers independent of the board and executes the same process on different boards and only changes the source board dynamically. All columns that are needed for the process are (and must be) named the same or be managed columns (which means global columns) in order for the workflow to adress them correctly.
What are you trying to achieve
reduce copies of the same workflow, reduce manual work and have a fair system that has workflows be global instead of by board.
