Has anyone made a certification tracker?

I am building out a board that states who is certified to do what (think First Aid, CPR, etc) so at a quick glance the boss can see who he can send to do what. I am currently putting the certification as a group name and the people under it. Is there a nicer looking way to do this?

You could create an item named “Certification Description” or something similar within each certification group and use a section to list who is certified in that area.

Thanks Fario, that’s very similar to what I’m doing. I was slightly hoping for something that looked a bit nicer but I don’t think there is a way to do that.

What about a dropdown column that contains all the certifications?
