I am currently using “Same Item Multiple boards” app, and it works flawlessly. Once the item is created in a board, create a trigger to copy to another board. Any udates made to the item will update all the boards.

A solid way to handle this is to pair a single “source of truth” board with the Same Item Multiple Boards app and a simple status-based trigger.
Here’s the setup that works well:
Keep one main board where every new item is created.
Add the “Same Item Multiple Boards” app to that board.
Create an automation like:
When status changes to X, create the same item on Board Y.
From there, the app keeps everything in sync automatically. Any update on the original item flows into the linked items on the other boards, so you never worry about things getting out of sync.
This lets you use multiple boards for different teams or workflows while still maintaining a single record that updates everywhere. It’s clean, dependable, and avoids the mess of duplicates or manual updates.
If needed, you can also set different triggers to send the item to multiple boards at different stages, the sync still holds.
