We are looking for a Monday.com expert who can help us onboard the project management functionality of the software for our business. The following is an overview of our company and our Monday.com wish list.
Our Company:
We are a small residential Landscape Architecture firm in Jupiter, FL.
We have 3 onsite landscape architects.
We have 4 fulltime remote landscape architects in the Philippines.
Our Projects:
We average 50+ active design projects at any time.
Our projects are typically active for 1-4 months on average.
We create 4-6 work orders to our team in the Philippines each day.
Our Monday.Com Wish List:
-Create Project Boards From Our Current Work Order Spreadsheet- We are currently using a spreadsheet to manage our projects. We have our work flow / project tasks, etc. outlined on this spreadsheet. We want to use it as our foundation for creating our project boards in Monday.
-Time Tracking- We need to be able to accurately track / enter time for each person working on a project.
Do we use an app like Harvest or other to track time on our boards so we can easily
produce reports as well?
-Time Reports- We need to be able to easily run time reports on projects and determine if we are on budget or over our time budget.
-Timesheets- Create weekly time sheets showing which projects and how much time each team member has used on each project.
-Payroll Report- Use the timesheets to run payroll for our team.
-Work Orders- We need to be able to easily create work orders for all members of our team to move projects along from task to task.
I assume these work orders are going to be activities or sub activities….
-Team Member Work Order List- We need for our team members to easily log into Monday and see their list of work orders for the day so they know what they need to be working on.
-Automated Work Orders- The ability to create automated work orders when a particular task is completed.
-Project Budget Reports- The ability to set a time / financial budget for a project and run a report at any time to see our profit / loss on a project.
-Resourcing- The ability to maximize our labor resources by knowing how many hours we have for our active projects and assigning those hours to our team members.
-Track Revisions- We need to be able to track the number of revisions required to complete a work order. Our goal is to have all work orders completed in one session. If they require an additional revision we need to be able to track that revision.
-Leverage Planned vs Actual-Use this functionality for both timeline and hours of production.
