How can I switch to an individual plan after my trial has expired?

Hi everyone

My trial finished a few days ago and I’ve yet to see how complements my workflows. Its only me in my business as I’m a freelancer, hence I’m keen to continue experimenting with the free Individual Plan before committing to an upgrade.

However, I can’t find an option to do this. My access is frozen in read-only mode and there is no way to choose anything other than a paid plan. I contacted Support days ago but have heard nothing.

Someone had a similar issue here Trial ended and it won't let me in to the individual platform.
