How can I use my tax exemption on a monday.com purchase?

Currently, our billing processor does not have the ability to remove tax before charging you. That said, if you have a tax exemption, you can follow these steps:

  1. Make your plan purchase
  2. As an admin on the account, send us an e-mail at support@monday.com.
  3. In the subject line, write “Tax Exempt - Seeking Tax Refund”.
  4. In the body of the e-mail, include the invoice number and attach your tax exemption paperwork.
  5. We will follow up with our billing processor and let you know once they have processed the refund.

Note: This process currently needs to be completed each time you make a purchase, including renewals and plan upgrades. Don’t worry - we’re working with our billing processor to make this process more efficient in the future!
