Is there a way to restrict downloading to excel only to admins? This seems very basic…I cannot build a database of 300,000 contacts and just allow everyone in the company to download the whole thing. Screen shots dont matter, I just dont want it all downloaded. Anyone know how to do this?

Welcome to the community! Good question, and I don’t think this is possible. But reading your question there might be another issue to solve first. 300K items an a board will not fly, see Is there a maximum number of items per board?
Hi, @mak2323 - Welcome to the community! Yes, you can limit this to admins only, but it requires the more advanced security and permissions features of the Enterprise plan. It is not available on the other plans.
