Here at automagical.work we’re super proud to share that OMELETE&CO, the company behind some of the biggest live experiences in the gaming and entertainment industry, used Calendar Plus and monday to successfully plan gamescom latam 2025. gamescom latam is a massive 5-day event that in 2024 featured 25,000m² of attractions, 1 million in-person gameplays, and a B2B area that facilitated over 12,000 business meetings.
Managing the logistics for such a large-scale, multi-day event demanded a bit more of Calendar Plus than it offered at the time, so we worked together with Nathalia, content analyst for gamescom latam, to deliver several features to make the event a success.
