Hi everyone, I am looking for real-world input. We all have experienced WorkForms issues like overnight configuration resets, missing choice options, draft/save glitches and visual breakage that users only notice once submissions drop (I have encountered these issues in few monday forum pages where people shared their issues). We also hit data loss when moving forms/boards and had no quick way to restore. I am researching whether it is still a relevant problem and are there any existing solutions which you are dissatisfied with.
This is my first post so I apologize incase this is not the way to use interact.
What are you trying to achieve
I’m validating a small tool that quietly runs in the background to:
->Back up all form settings (with version history)
->Detect and alert on form “drift” or downtime
->Restore a broken form to a known-good snapshot in one click
Provide a “safe-move” check for board/form migrations
If this would save you time/stress, I’d appreciate details on your incidents, current workarounds, and must-have features but right now, these are some of the things that come to my mind and I will be working on more such features once I am confident with the product and feedback.
