Hi, not sure if this is a bug or something but I can’t find where to add subitems to a task when using the app via android.
I have no issues when on desktop browser…
Has anyone else had this issue?

You can add subitems to a task in the Monday.com Android app, but the option may not be as visible as on the desktop. Try the following:
- Open the task where you want to add subitems.
- Look for a “Subitems” section (it may appear as a “+” button or within the task details).
- If you don’t see the option, make sure your app is updated to the latest version.
- If the issue persists, try reinstalling the app or clearing the cache.
It’s possible that the feature is temporarily unavailable on mobile. You can also reach out to Monday.com support for confirmation.

Hi @Sallyanne01, it should be represented by a column in the board only if you have pre-existing subitems in that board. If you don’t have any pre-existing subitems in the board you will need to add the “subitem” column from the column center by clicking the plus button on the right hand side. I’ve attached what the column will look like once properly added
