How to get notified when a Workforms respondent has edited their response?

Without using a 3rd party integration, how are we to be alerted when a Workforms respondent has edited their response via the submission link?

Hi @cdc-ams ,

Yes you can do this. if you are using monday forms and do not want to use the 3rd party tool.

you need to follow these steps

  1. go to to the form settings and enables the edit form option.

  1. Than the user will be able to get to update the form with the help of editable link

  1. you need to set up the automation in the board that. If the any column value changes notify the team.

or

you can do one more thing that. there is field in the monday board “Last Update” you can create the automation in a way that If this column updated while being stayed in the specific group notify the team.

Every time when the update happens in the form, you will get notified
