I understand the concept of READ ONLY users but I’m rather curious…if I have members to Monday.com that have standard accounts but I want to share a board with them that they cannot screw up…how can I make a single shared board READ ONLY for that standard user?
Do I need a higher subscription status for more functionality or am I missing something?

1)Go to the board that you want to share.
2) Click on the three-dot menu in the top right corner of the board.
3) Select “Board permissions”.
4) In the “View permissions” section, select “Read only”.
5)Click on the “Save” button.
The standard user will now only be able to view the board, but they will not be able to edit it.
You do not need a higher subscription status to do this. This functionality is available on all plans
