How to set up scheduled social media posts using Monday.com

Hi there,
I am looking to set up scheduled social media posts using Monday.com. Can anyone help me with how to do this please? Which Board is best to use for this? Do I need to download Hootsuite? Do I need to download all the relevant social media apps too? Any advice would be welcome. Thank you. Jo.
