How to setup a CRM or board to manage a night shelter

Question:
I need help setting up an board or CRM to use so I can entre all the new clients details also log the medicine that they are using with clothes sizes all the general information a night shelter needs for each client and how to make them inactive can anyone help?

Hey there! I’d recommend having the board with those columns. ie you could use status columns for the clothes sizes ie one for pants, one for shirts etc. For meds, you could either list them ‘inside’ the item as an update OR have a dropdown column with their meds? There are a lot of ways this could be done, depending on your use case.
