How to track daily KPIs but keep data from previous days so it doesn't change

I am wanting to track my daily call logs. I have on my board last contacted which turns to the date i called them. I then have a board with a graph that is set up to count the # of calls per day. If i call that person the next day though. the date changes and deletes it off the last day and moves to the day I called. How can i keep this so the data doesn’t move to the next day.

Hey @JD12 - perhaps it could be an option to have a secondary “Call Log” board where each time you complete a call it creates an item in that board with the necessary information. Then you can point your dashboard to this new board which has a running history of all calls.

Another option, if you are not utilizing subitems on the board, write a similar automation to create a subitem each time a call is completed with the date.
