How to transfer all data from HubSpot to Monday Sales CRM without losing information?

We’re moving from HubSpot to Monday Sales CRM and need to transfer over 5,000 leads, including interaction history, documents, meetings, calls, tasks, and notes. The main challenge is moving everything seamlessly, especially past emails, calls, and activities, which don’t have a straightforward export option in HubSpot.

Contacts, companies, and deals can be exported as CSV files, but I need a way to ensure historical interactions and attachments are transferred correctly and properly structured in Monday.

Has anyone gone through a similar transition? What’s the best way to move everything, including full interaction history?

Have you looked at using Make.com ? I’m not too familiar, but I believe that perhaps it can be done with that.

Seems sensible and lucrative for Monday to offer a service like this. @Monday, are you looking into doing this?

I’ve got the same question.

I’m surprised you got so little response here on the forum. I’m also surprised there’s so little information about this in Monday documentation or online in general. Surely there are many people needing to know how to migrate all their data from systems like HubSpot over to Monday.com.

Yes because items are not 1-to-1 match so there are 2 options either do things manually over a period of time or make a custom automations specific to your need that’s the only solution I found
