How to use the Community - searching and creating new topics

Hey there

Firstly, welcome to our community!

This community was created to help you share and learn the best ways to use the platform from other users of, to ask questions from one another on best use cases, specific FAQs and anything else you want to learn!

The platform we have built the community on is creative and should be very fun to use

On the main page, youโ€™ll see the main Categories we have chosen to focus on:

  • for
  • FAQs
  • Integrations
  • Developers & API
  • Hire a Specialist
  • Announcements
  • Miscellaneous

Before you do anything, we strongly recommend you read the following topic:

**Looking for answers to questions **
Before you post anything, we strongly recommend that you can search to see if another community member has already asked your question or if the topic has been covered in a response to another topic.

You can use the search icon (magnifying glass) in the top right to search.

You can run a simple keyword search or perform a more advanced search to filter the results by time frame, that a specific user posted, number of responses and more.

If you cannot find what you are looking for, you can start a new topic.
You should choose the most relevant category to post your new topic inside, depending on the nature of your query or the information you want to share with other community members.

  1. Click on "+ New Topic" on the upper right corner
  2. Enter the title to your topic,
  3. Choose which category you wish to post your topic inside
  4. You have the option to add tags
  5. And start contributing!!!

Where would questions about automations and dashboards go? Donโ€™t really see a category about standard features.

So I should start a new topic in the FAQ category?

Yes, you can create a new topic in the FAQs if you are asking a question :upside_down_face:
