How would I create an appointment calendar for my soccer club? We have many teams and many practice fields and those fields required maintenance where no one can be on them. I need a calendar that allows me to schedule teams practice times/fields with scheduled off times for maintenance. Plus I need to share this appointment calendar with coaches and maintenance crews. Any help would be appreciated.
