Love the platform so far. But there’s an issue, at least for me. There’s no general discussion for the hole team. There are moments, I remember a conversation and start to go from item to item, to search where we had the conversation.
Am I missing something? Please let me know what you do to have communication with the hole team. Don’t want to do a WhatsApp chat again. 
I use MS Teams (GASP!) but others use Slack.
BOTH can be setup to feed updates and changes to them from boards as well, and you can even perform some actions on the boards from Teams for example.
But then you can also converse within Teams (or Slack) and either have them get posted as updates if you reply to something or pick an item to post it to in Teams, or just general conversation in the teams channel.
Additionally of course there is the new Board Conversations starting to appear at the top of boards - where you can discuss all things board related. The bubble for it is in the top right of the board, to the right of “automate” if its been enabled on your account.
We used Slack with my team on previous work. I liked it. It’s very convenient.
I think that using Slack, for a team, and this project management (Monday), is paying twice for what could be all in the same program.
I think this could be an improvement on Monday. Having a general chat.
While it would be great, I want them to get what they have today working better and fill in the functionality gaps before they consider tackling something entirely new.
I want my communications platform to be well tested and reliable from the get go. I don’t want a feature incomplete first pass being called “released” for two years before improvements are made.
