I am trying to add a team member to an automation but they aren't in the dropdown box

I am trying to add an automation to a board and the team member I need to notify is not showing in the drop down box.

The automation is “Every time period notify someone” and 2 of my team members are not showing in the team members list. I have checked and they are subscribed to the board.
