Are you referring to the form used for your app submission?
You should be able to add html tags directly in the form’s text box for the app long description.
If you’re having any issues, would you be able to please fill this form adding as much information as possible to it (such as account ID, board IDs, item IDs, timestamps, etc.) so that our team can take a look into it?
