I grew up on old school waterfall project management methodology and the use of the WBS is a critical part to scoping a project. I am noticing that the unique identifier (called WBS number in monday.com) does not match the work package. For example, in work package 1, the WBS number goes to 1.9 then starts numbering at 2.0. It should go to 1.10 automatically. Anything with a 2.0 should be in work package 2. Has anyone successfully used the WBS template in monday.com that could share some tips? Thank you.
