I would only like the notification to occur once all rows that been changed to the specific status are marked. For example, only after I mark this third row “Asset/Input Pending”, I’d like it to email xyz. Not after the first row/trigger. I’m wondering if their needs to be a final trigger that lets the system know all rows marked “Asset/Input Pending” should create a notification. Attachment below.

You might try having each campaign be an item and then the tasks be subitems? THere are more automations around ‘if all subitems are X, then Y’
