Hello,
I have a special board added to the CRM, that complements the deals board. I need to conect the items with a contact and is becoming very tedious as:
- I cannot link several items with the same contact in bulk.
- I cannot see the name of the company they belong to, so everytime I get a common name, I have to click to see the details, remember the position of the contact in the search results and select it back.
This is very tedious and time consuming. This could work just as the rest of the boards native to the CRM that include the name of the company below.
It will be useful to have the surname and the company added in the search as a “subtitle” of sorts.
