Ability to assign or remove people from person columns in 1 workflow block.
What are you trying to achieve
Workflow Builder currently lacks a functional way to remove a specific individual from a Person column. While “Assign” and “Replace” blocks exist, there is no native action to subtract a person without overwriting the entire column or using the limited “Change Column Value” block.
This creates a critical failure when syncing connected boards. If a destination item aggregates people from multiple source items, any attempt to reflect a removal in one source item results in the destination column being wiped or corrupted. The system cannot currently handle a “subtraction” trigger that leaves other existing assignees intact.
