Hello @jsmplfd
In monday CRM, there isn’t a fully native way to automatically roll up Contact lifetime revenue from multiple Won Deals using only connected boards and mirrors. Mirror columns can display values but cannot conditionally sum Won deals and write totals back to a Contact column on their own.

Recommended approaches:

  1. Use Connected Boards + Mirror to display Deal values, then filter for Won deals and use a Formula column to calculate a visible total on the Contact board.

  2. Use an automation such as “When status changes to Won, update a number column in Contacts” to increment a Lifetime Revenue field. This is the most reliable native method.

  3. If you need more advanced rollups, use a Dashboard to aggregate Won revenue by Contact, or a marketplace app or integration tool to calculate and write totals back.

There’s not a simple native way to do it from the board view on the Contacts board. That being said, what I do is create charts ‘inside’ the contact item card.

@jsmplfd if an add-on is an option, I suggest taking a look at the Screenful app, which provides analytics and reporting of monday.com data. You can customize reports with advanced filters and schedule them to be sent via email or Slack.
