Would like to be able to search for Monday docs that aren’t templates in a board - not the general search functionality.
is this a duplicate of Search everything to include monday doc content as well - Feature requests - monday Community Forum ?
I’m only learning now that the extensive meeting notes I’ve been taking in the form of Docs within Monday aren’t searchable. This entirely negates my use of Monday. As much as I hate to do it, I’ll effectively be forced to transfer all of my notes to OneNote where at least I know I’ll be able to search across my notes for specific terms.

I am also looking to export all my notes from monday.com to another tool and considering switching my team to confluence.
Crazy that after all these years, any content you write in a Doc in Monday is STILL not searchable using the “Search Everything” or Cmd + B bolt bar. I posted on this thread years ago after a conversation with a product manager at Monday who said it was coming soon. That was cerca 2022. Still in H2 2024 nothing. Seems like they’ve given up on Docs completely.

Please, for the love of God - we need this feature. This will put notion out of business. The search function needs to be able to search through docs. We need to be able to build internal Wikis without weird workarounds. CMD F on a board at the bare minimum. Gold star if we are able to search through all docs in a workspace using CMD B. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE!

Notion is not going out of business fyi.
That’s nice that someone has taken the time to build an app to overcome Monday’s limitations, but we should not have to pay an additional $12/month for a feature that should have been built into Monday from the start.
Monday’s Dev Team has really lost sight of what the consumers want. They seem to spend time on features nobody asked for and ignore the most voted requests from the Community.
Our company is removing all of our process documentation from Monday Workdocs due to Monday lacking this search feature. We are moving everything to HelpJuice which is fully searchable.

Agreed. This feature would be great to have.
@charlieg you can also move them to Google Docs which would be free if you guys already use google workspace.

I am adding my voice to the crowd. This feature would help us as well a lot. We are planning migrating fully to Monday … including from our Confluence wikis … lots of docs.
I also tried the app linked above “Doc Search Pro”, but it is not available on the Monday marketplace any more and if I instlall it from the link I cannot add it get the “Workspace apps” section to show it, so not even that can help at the moment.
