I noticed this issue today and it is making one of my scenarios totally dysfunctional. I found this closed thread, the issue seems to never have been resolved.
The basic situation is that an Integromat scenario searches a subitem board for a value of a specific column (it’s a phone number). Rather than returning the desired item which is an item on the board currently, it returns a deleted subitem that contained the same value.
