I want a simple to use invoicing app where I can customize the layout and look of the invoice - the new quotes and invoices does not seem to offer this flexibility. Does anyone have any good recommendations?

It allows you to build custom documents from templates.

I agree with Mitchell. I’ve used docugen for invoicing, proposals and contract templates.
