Issue with Doc Header AI Assistant Not Appearing

Hi team,
have you run into a problem with the Doc header AI assistant?
We are trying to implement the Doc header AI assistant feature, but it is not showing up in the document. We see two Doc command AI assistants in the document, which is also not correct when we have only one defined.
