Issue with Email Tracking in Monday CRM’s Emails & Activities Section

I am experiencing an issue with the Emails & Activities section in Monday CRM. When I send an email from this section, it continues to show as “Not Seen” even after the recipient has opened it.

Additionally, when the recipient replies, I can see the response in the Emails & Activities section, but the original email gets marked as “Email could not be tracked.”

I have attached a screenshot for reference. Could you please assist in resolving this issue?
