I've been on the Student Program and it says my trial is about to run out! What's going on?

Occasionally, there are Student Plan accounts that will need to be manually renewed each year. This is due to a few changes on the backend that we’ve gone through as we keep improving our student offerings, but don’t worry - we promise that you’ll have access to your account for as long as you are an enrolled university student!

All you need to do is the following:

  • Send an email to support@monday.com with the subject line “Renew student account”.
  • Attach a verification document that shows us you are still in school. Please make sure that this document includes your name, your university’s name, and the current academic year’s date.
  • Make sure you are contacting us from the Admin email address that you use with your account, as this helps us pull it up on our end!
