Occasionally, there are Student Plan accounts that will need to be manually renewed each year. This is due to a few changes on the backend that we’ve gone through as we keep improving our student offerings, but don’t worry - we promise that you’ll have access to your account for as long as you are an enrolled university student!
All you need to do is the following:
- Send an email to email@example.com with the subject line “Renew student account”.
- Attach a verification document that shows us you are still in school. Please make sure that this document includes your name, your university’s name, and the current academic year’s date.
- Make sure you are contacting us from the Admin email address that you use with your account, as this helps us pull it up on our end!
