JIRA integration not showing JIRA projects

I’m trying to add JIRA integration to a board and when I connect my JIRA connect and get the prompt screen to define the workflow, I can’t see any of my JIRA projects. It has a Learn More button in the droplist but that goes to a 404.

I need to integrate both JIRA and GL within a board to test my app I’ve created and both GL (posted another thread about GL not working) and JIRA are not working for me.

anyone??? i tried a few ways to connect and nothing has worked. is it just something i’m doing wrong or are these integrations not stable? i had the exact same result with GitLab as well.
