My team utilizes a Monday form as our internal process for the submitting of graphic design requests to us. When a new project pulse is submitted/created from our requesters, the information the requester has entered into the form, appears in quite a huge text block with no line breaks on our Monday board. Our form includes 10 areas for our requesters to fill out, making it incredibly hard to decipher without line breaks. I’ve searched other topics here without luck on this specific question.
It looks like at one time, this wasn’t an issue (when looking at years old projects before I started my work here). I’m not sure what changed.
The email automation from the form that gets sent to the requester however look just fine with nice formatting.
It’s how it appears on the project pulse on our board that is the issue.
