However, I’d also like to clarify that feature request posts are intended to provide your feedback on specific features that may not yet exist or that can be further optimized. Myself and our Product team review users’ feature requests to prioritize them on the product roadmap. With that said, could you please share more context about how you are connecting your form to your board? Are you connecting the form through an automation? For example, when form submissions are created on your form’s board, you are moving/creating them on the board you’ve referenced? If so, this behavior may be tied to your board structure and the item mapping in your automation.
Any context you can share with me, especially visuals, would be great!
Hi Shannon! Thank you so much for your response and your clarification of this feature request posts. When I spoke with the Monday.com support team about the issue, they requested I post here and sent a link to the features board. My apologies for posting in the incorrect area!
I am creating a form view that when submitted creates a new item in the board. The form is not connected via an automation. It is mapped to a location column. When an address is added in the form it does not include the business name like it does in the board. Unlike the board, it does include a zip code. When we manually enter a location in the board, it has the business name but is missing the zip code.
Our team needs both the business name and zip code to show up in our board using the location feature. Please let me know if that is possible! I have included images below of the form answer and boards. Please let me know if any other clarification is needed.

Yes, this would be a feature request at this time. I can replicate the exact behavior in my demo account as well. This data should definitely be streamlined across both fields! I’ll share this feature request with our Product team. However, we’ll need more upvotes from the monday Community to truly prioritize this request on our product roadmap.
