I’m not a Monday expert but have used tools like Notion, coda, airtable for a long time.
I’m looking for an expert who I can engage hourly to give advice and guidance on our WorkOS build (which we’ve setup to run our health food company of 11 employees, soon to be more).
Someone who I can bounce ideas off, who can point me in the right direction if I’ve made errors in the setup. And someone who can give me some guidance as I optimise and maintain the system. Etc/.
We follow a ‘Scaling Up’ methodology, which is similar to OKR in its approach, so having an idea about this would be very handy.
I’m in Australia (Brisbane Time) and my best availability is most weekday mornings.
