We are looking to enhance our sales process by utilizing the Monday Sales CRM, and we require assistance in integrating it with our existing Zoho Inventory and Billing system. The goal is to streamline our operations by enabling automated communication between the Sales CRM and Zoho Inventory.
Here’s an overview of the desired workflow: Our sales assistant engages with the buyer, who then sends us their order details. To facilitate this process, we need the ability for our sales assistant to upload the buyer’s order to the Sales CRM. Once uploaded, we want the system to automatically reserve the corresponding stock in Zoho Inventory. Additionally, it would be advantageous if the CRM could also request Zoho to automatically generate and send a proforma invoice to the buyer’s email.
To set the stage, we have already configured the necessary fields in the Sales CRM, including the customer’s name, email, address, and other relevant details. However, we have encountered a hurdle in determining how to store the buyer’s ordered items within the CRM. At present, we have a product catalog in Zoho consisting of 42 unique items. We seek your expertise in modifying or programming the Sales CRM to accommodate the storage of the ordered products’ names and quantities.
The next step in this process involves passing this data to Zoho Inventory. To achieve this, we envision establishing a connection between the Sales CRM and Zoho Inventory using an API connection or leveraging a platform like Zapier.
Considering the importance of this functionality for our business, we are actively seeking a developer with the skills and experience necessary to implement the required modifications and integrations within the Monday Sales CRM.
