Looking for your input on next year’s community webinars!

Hi everyone! I’d love your advice :slightly_smiling_face:
I’m planning a few community webinars for next year, and I want to focus on topics for more advanced monday users - people who already know the basics and want to level up their workflow.

What topics would you want a deeper dive into? Maybe something that’s only covered at a basic level in the academy or on our other channels?
Looking forward to hearing from you! :sparkles:

Hello Yuval Apeloig Love this idea. Advanced content is exactly what a lot of monday users are missing once they outgrow the basics.

Some topics I would personally love to see deeper dives on

Advanced board architecture and when to split systems into multiple boards versus one master setup. A lot of scaling issues come from early structural decisions.

Automation strategy at scale. How to design automations that stay readable maintainable and within limits especially across multiple teams and workspaces.

Using dashboards as decision tools not just reporting. How to design dashboards that actually drive action for leadership and operators.

Advanced formulas and mirror column patterns. Real world examples that go beyond simple math and show how to model business logic.

Permissions and data governance. How to structure sensitive data private boards and ownership without breaking workflows.

CRM specific patterns beyond the template. Lead routing multi pipeline setups activity logging and lifecycle reporting.

Integrations strategy. When native automations are enough and when to bring in tools like Zapier Make or custom API work and how to design for reliability.

Performance optimization. Board limits update volume automation hygiene and how to keep large accounts fast and stable.

Honestly content that shows real production systems and tradeoffs instead of idealized demos would be incredibly valuable.
