We are looking for a Monday.com expert for initial setup of the project management and some guidance on best practices using Monday.com. We are a small architectural design and building company in Mallorca, Spain looking to implement project management for building projects (purchase, architectural design, construction phase, sale).
The expert we are looking for is pragmatic, knows what questions to ask and can communicate fluently in either English or German. Knowledge of the architecture / construction sector would be helpful, having a broad knowledge of business proceses and how tu structure proceses and simplify workflows would be highly appreciated.
Hey there @Tomba and welcome to the monday.com community!
This sounds like a very interesting project and I would be excited to see how the team at CarbonWeb can help. Our team specializes in a component-by-component style and have implemented quite a few custom workflows around Project Management. I would be interested in getting some time with you next week to see how our team could help. If you’d like to have an initial consultation please grab some time with me here: Consultation - Ricky
Good luck as you look to grow your monday.com environment!
