Looking to hire a Monday.com specialist for initial setup of Project Management

We are looking for a Monday.com expert for initial setup of the project management and some guidance on best practices using Monday.com. We are a small architectural design and building company in Mallorca, Spain looking to implement project management for building projects (purchase, architectural design, construction phase, sale).

The expert we are looking for is pragmatic, knows what questions to ask and can communicate fluently in either English or German. Knowledge of the architecture / construction sector would be helpful, having a broad knowledge of business proceses and how tu structure proceses and simplify workflows would be highly appreciated.
